You must read and accept the Hold Harmless Agreement before placing and order with us.

We do not accept returns on chemicals.  If there is a problem with your order, please call us and we will be glad to work with you.

You must provide a valid ID showing that you are at least 18 years of age to purchase chemicals.

If we believe your intent is to make these illegal devices your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.

Due to the nature of the products sold here, we reserve the right to ship items through a different carrier than that chosen by the customer during the checkout process.

HOW TO ORDER:

NichroPulse accepts money orders and major credit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout.

RETURN POLICY:

We are committed to your satisfaction, and we maintain the viewpoint that the customer makes the final decision on whether a product is satisfactory or not.  We are honest folk that believe in 100% straight forward transactions with no hassles.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know right away so we can resolve your problem with you.  We offer a return policy on all of our products within 1 months of purchase date, with the exception of chemicals.  We do not accept returns on our chemicals due to the sensitivity of the subject.

SHIPPING:

We normally ship within two business days of your order. If your order is delayed, you will receive a prompt notification of the cause along with the expected ship date.

For shipping inside the US, we offer UPS and USPS services. For shipping overseas, we offer only USPS. For Chemicals we only offer UPS domestic ground.

TERMS OF SALE:
